Unit Title Dispute Resolution Limited will accept instructions as agent to compel the payment of outstanding body corporate levies. If necessary it will file an application in the Tenancy Tribunal and obtain an enforceable money order. We will take reasonable steps to compel payment of the money order. If that proves difficult, we will then instruct our sister company, Money Order Collections

Limited to enforce payment using principally the civil debt enforcement process of the District Court, and culminating where necessary in a charging order.
With the correct documentation, the defaulting unit title holder can be made liable to pay all costs associated with the collection of the outstanding levy.
